To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We also cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, soiled, or consisting of fragrance and makeup. All returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Returns must be received within 7 days from the day you received your package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable. Once your package is received your store credit will be processed within 7 business days, No Refunds.
Start A Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit that does not expire.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
- USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
- Priority 2-3 business days
- USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases).
- USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days).
- We do not ship on Federal holidays or weekends.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package but is not an actual tracking number.
